The following are the terms of service of Les Odorem (the “Site”)

• The prices and discounts of all products are subject to the information displayed on our website.

• All items are billed in Hong Kong dollars.

• The pictures on the website are for reference and the actual product shall prevail.

• Les Odorem reserves the right to cancel orders for any reasons, including any inventory limitations or incorrect product or price information. If you have placed an order which is subsequently cancelled by our company, a full refund will be received.

• A notification from the logistics company will be sent to the recipient of the purchase order.

• The delivery service may be suspended or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather, traffic, location and or other factors. The delivery time will be rearranged accordingly.

• If the recipient’s information is incomplete, such as incorrect information of mobile number and or email address, it can affect the recipient to unable to receive the purchased item. Delays can also be caused by unforeseen natural disasters, system maintenance, goods transfer, inventory, and logistical issues.

• All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the purchased item. If our website cannot provide you with all your selected products, the available products will be sent as usual, and you will be notified by phone or email on or before the requested delivery date.

• 貨件抵達顧客將收到物流公司短訊通知。
• 送貨服務有可能會因天氣、交通、地區或其他因素而暫停或延期，送貨時間將會另作安排。
• 若收件人資訊不完整、手機號碼填錯、MAIL信箱填錯、收件人無法收貨、遇意外天災、系統設備維護、調貨、盤點、等工廠補貨等情況，出貨時間將順延，請您見諒。
• 所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認。倘若本網站無法提供閣下訂單上的任何貨品或遇上貨品缺貨，訂單內其他貨品會如常寄出，會於閣下所要求的交貨日期或之前透過電話或電郵方式通知閣下。
• 本網站有權隨時更改條款及細則而不作另行通知。
• 如有任何爭議，Les Odorem 保留最終的決定權。
